What is their availability in the UK?
Although the availability of the Coton de Tulear is scarce, the situation is improving over time. You will find that doing your homework and speaking to breeders is the first step. You usually find it is better to find one breeder you get on with, then put yourself on their waiting list. It is very rare to come across a Coton litter that is not already spoken for.
Patience is a good lesson learnt if you wish to become adopted by one of these lovely little dogs.
