A diary of our Cotons and puppies

Below are entries from our diary. We try to update this as regularly as possible to give you an insight into the everyday lives of our Cotonborne Cotons.

Kim comes for Holiday : ) - 17th August, 2006

On Thursday 17th August 'Kim' from our April 06 litter, brother to our Dylan came to stay whilst his owners went away for a week.
We had initial frights when he was being overwhelmed by our 'Resident' cotons, because they looked upon him as an interloper to their pack and territory!
However, after the initial stress, hot flushes down your back time, he was accepted by the boys and they soon got into the friendly wrestling and 'one upmanship' poses that dogs like to do to establish status.

The girls are still a bit Iffy, even Kims' mum Angel, but we have put this down to being protective with some of the June litter puppies still being here.

He is a real pleasure to meet again and his owners have done him proud having such a gentle and beautiful lad, well socialised and well mannered. We are thoroughly enjoying having him home again for a short while, especially watching him having fun, chasing and wrestling his brother and his younger half brothers too : ))
