A diary of our Cotons and puppies
Below are entries from our diary. We try to update this as regularly as possible to give you an insight into the everyday lives of our Cotonborne Cotons.
More Coton Antics - gallery updated - 8th August, 2006I have been taking more pics of the puppies at play in the garden over the last week or so. We have been lucky with the weather, so the puppies are out most of the day. They chase, play, fight and run around for small bursts, then all crowd into the travel crate for a nice snooze, then start all over again!
Dylan their half brother at almost 18 weeks is both a great playmate and a real pest : ))
He chases each of them, wrestling and shoving his elder half brother weight about. The puppies cope with him very well considering their size and dont seem to be intimidated by him in anyway, they are getting plenty of different noises, games and play things to keep them stimulated.
After they have had their morning meal, I chop up some fresh carrots and chuck them in the garden for them to find and chew on. I alternate this with fresh tomatoe and cucumber which they enjoy too. Cauliflower and Broccoli gets the same response for a change of taste.
This week sees them being wormed again, so each of them onto the weighing scales and we just had to take pics of them looking so cute! These are in the updated gallery section in the June puppy album, including lots more pics of our Cotons enjoying the toys and play.
